هل تستيقظين كل صباح و تجدي هالات سوداء تحت عينك ؟ هل جربت أن تخفيها بشتى طرق المكياج ؟  كثير من  الناس قد تعاني من الإنتفاخات  تحت العين سوآء كان من قلة النوم او من الإرهاق و التعب.  إنها مهمة بسيطة  و لدينا  بعض الخبرات  عنها  قد تساعد في التخلص من هذه مشكلة الهالات السوداء . يوجد طرق  متعددة  قد  تساعدك لمنع  ظهور الهالات  السوداء أو معالجتها  إن تشكلت  تحت عينك. و قد تتطلب بعض الطرق في استخدام  بعض العناصر المحددة و  غيرها قد تتطلب منك ان تزيدي من شرب الماء ، بشكل عام جميعها تستحق التجربة . ظهور الهالات السوداء ليس يقلل من جاذبية المظهر و بالتالي تكون  قد يكون رؤيتها   مقلقاً  بعض الشيء، على الرغم من انك تستطيع انتمنعها و تتخلص منها. إستخدام شرائح البطاطس بردي البطاطس لبضع دقائق. ثم قطعيها الى حلقات.  ضعي شرائح البطاطس فوق كل عين  لمدة عن ٢٠ دقيقة.  يجب ان  تكوني قادرة على رؤية  التغيير الملحوظ على الأنتفاخ تحت عينك. إضافة الزيت و الماء أضيفي بضع القطرات من فيتامين هـ ذو القوام الزيتي إلى  الماء البارد.  مع خلطها معا في كأس واحد … Continue reading كيف تمنع الهالات السوداء تحت العين
